2. Hostel Boys/Girls will be admitted to Bengali Medium Vidyarthi Ashram, Barrackpore in Bengali medium school in classes like III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII & IX. Application is to be submitted online at our website www.rkvmschools.org

The cost of each application form will be Rs. 600/- which is to be paid online. The time limit for submitting application is 01.07.2026 to 30.09.2026.

Day scholar Boys & Girls will be admitted to English Medium schools (under WBBSE) run by this Mission as follows as Day scholar (Non Hostel) in all classes (KG-I, KG-II, I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX). 1. No admission will be made without submission of attested copy of Birth Certificate.

2. Approximate fees for admission into Bengali Medium Hostel including 1 month’s boarding charges, School admission etc is Rs. 18,000/- Monthly fees for Hostel is Rs. 5000/- only including food, Lodging and school fees.

3. Approximate fees for admission into English Medium Hostel including 1 month’s boarding charges, School admission etc is Rs. 20,000/-. Monthly fees for Hostel is Rs. 5500/- (maximum) only including food, Lodging and school fees.

4. Approximate fees for admission to Bengali Medium school as Day Scholar is Rs. 17,000/- only in classes II to IX including school fees for one month. Approximate monthly fees in the school is Rs. 800/- only.

5. Approximate fees for admission to English Medium as Day Scholar is Rs. 20,000/- for all classes including one month school fees Approximate monthly fees in the school will be within Rs. 900/-

6. Approximate fees for admission to Bengali medium KG Classes and Class - I will come to Rs. 12,000/- only and monthly fees will be Rs. 800/- pm.

7. Exact amount of tuition fees, admission fees, hostel fees, will be informed at the time of admission.

8. Foreign students can be admitted with necessary permission for the Govt. of India only.

9. In all classes, there will be Online and Offline written examination and interview. Generally Tests will be held for 25 marks for English, Math and Bengali/Hindi. A sample question paper will be available in the school website.

10. Hostel students need to appear for Interview separately for final selection.

11. Standard of facilities in Hostel like-Healthcare, food, Education are very ordinary.

12. Mobile phone is not allowed in Hostel.

13. Any refund after admission should be claimed within 15.01.2027, and we shall refund 50% of the amount paid.
